Way Points Tracking
Way Points are an arbitrary method of setting goals and achievements for individual trainee's development. WayPoints, once achieved, can trigger the change of responsibilities, accountabilities, the level of competencies and supervision requirements for the particular trainee in question.

The Way Points module in CollegeCentral provides a bespoke roadmap for mapping the continuing professional development of a trainee during their setting and tracking the developmental progress of a trainee. Way Points can be configured within the Setup menu of CollegeCentral. Way Points can be accessed over the web as well.
