CollegeCentral's contact management module helps you manage information more effectively for your trainees, members, tutors, employees and any other type of contact you need to deal with. Areas in this module include contact information, multiple addresses, correspondence history, registration, training, exams, events, CPD points, accounts, documents, assessments, way points as well as other areas.

Users can also directly make phone calls and send SMS messages from CollegeCentral using standard systems like Skype, Asterisk and ClickATell. Logs of calls and messages are displayed in an Activities section.

This contact management CRM module links to just about every other module in the system so there is never a need to enter the details for a contact more than once.

From a contact record users can quickly access relavant areas of the system to that contact. Tab buttons allow a quick view of these areas allowing the user to click on an item to view the full details. Contacts like tutors can be linked to multiple hospitals and organisations.

Clicking on the Options button displays various options for a record like print trainee and hospital letters that include rotations relevant to those trainees or hospitals.
