Hospitals & Organisations
The Hospitals & Organisations module is designed to manage hospitals, businesses, organisations, venues, etc. Features include management of hospital posts and invoicing for those organisations when relevant.

Users can easily create and find any type of organisation. Contacts can be linked to multiple organisations and have separate position and contact details per organisation.
The General tab displays various information related to an organisation including multiple contacts, type of organisation and address. As the Hospitals & Organisations module is integrated with the Contacts tab, there is no need for duplication here.
Through the Notes & Activities tab as well as the MailFax tab, it is possible to view any notes, phone call logs and SMS/text messages relating to an organisation as well as previous outgoing letters, faxes or emails.
The Hospitals & Organisations module also includes a Training tab that allows the user to view details relating to various types of posts for an organisation and related trainees.
